We can either work with a client's in-house marketing team on creating an invitation and website; or, we can utilize our event management platform (cvent) to do it all for you at no additional cost. 

 Our event management platform enables us to manage hotel reservations efficiently and effectively. 

 We can assist with sourcing a travel agency and coordinating ground transportation service, if needed. We also can facilitate rideshare vouchers depending on your program needs and budget.

We source and coordinate the set-up, décor, catering, audio visual, entertainment, signage, and gifts based on the specific program needs.
